Maritime Academy of Nigeria,Oron 2016/2017 Calendar and Resumption Date

This is  to inform all new/returning cadets/students and the entire Academy Community that the 2016/2017 session shall commence as follows:

Sunday 27th November, 2016
2016/2017 Academic Session begins.
All old and newly admitted Cadets/Students are expected to return to campus


Monday, 28th   November, 2016
Commencement of Registration for all Cadets/Students

Monday, 28th November, 2016 – Monday 5th  December, 2016
Orientation programme for newly admitted Cadets

Tuesday, 6th December, 2016
Commencement of lectures in all programmes

Monday, 12th December, 2016
End of Registration

Tuesday, 13th December, 2016
Beginning of Late Registration

Monday, 19th December, 2016
2016 Christmas Break

Sunday, 8th January,2017
Resumption from Christmas Break

Tuesday, 10th January, 2017
End of Late Registration

Kindly, note that any cadet/student that fails to complete his/her registration formalities within the stipulated period shall have his/her admission forfeited.

Also, please note that late registration attracts a surcharge of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only.
